Evening all

As Chris has already pointed out our plans to make it to Broome tonight have been dashed by flood waters getting out of Fitzroy Crossing. So we are here for the night.

Drove very quickly through Halls Creek (except for a 5 minute fuel stop), a most interesting place where  Aborigines were walking all over the roads as we tried to drive through.

So instead we stopped at some truck stop halfway between Halls Creek & Fitzroy Crossing for lunch.

Made it to Fitzroy Crossing with the intention of continuing the 500km on to Broome, but have been held back.

So here we are.  Hopefully only for one night.
