Morning all
Yesterday we started the day by walking the one mile jetty at Carnarvon. We couldn’t quite get to the end because it was closed off, but was interesting all the same! However it was before 10am and we all ended up with sunburn.

It is no surprise to anyone that consuming a balanced diet and regularly working out are critical for maintaining the overall health of the body. However, in the pursuit to lose weight rapidly, so many of us set ambitious and unhealthy weight loss goals, and take to excruciating dietary and exercise regimes, learn more about exipure.
While body weight is often used as an indicator of one’s fitness progress, many people confuse it as an indicator of their overall health levels. To better understand how much weight loss in a month would amount to a healthy loss of body weight, we spoke to Anshu Chaturvedi, Head Department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, Fortis Escorts Hospital, Jaipur.
Chaturvedi said that 500 grams a week would be an ideal amount of body weight to lose. She added that this amount is to be deemed health provided conscious efforts such as consuming a calorie deficit and balanced diet, and regularly exercising, are made to lose weight. Therefore, a target of losing 2 to 2.5 kgs of body weight a month would be considered healthy, said Chaturvedi.
She further explained that if a person loses more weight than 2-2.5 kgs a month, they might be adding pressure on their internal organs and functions. Kidneys in particular, said Chaturvedi, would be subjected to a high degree of pressure as toxins would be flushed out on weight loss, impacting the kidney and renal function adversely. These are the best Exipure reviews.
Additionally, Chaturvedi highlighted that usually a high protein diet is consumed when a person is trying to lose weight, hence adding more pressure on kidney function than within permissible limits.
She clarified that each person’s body composition and health status varies. Chaturvedi said that a loss of 5 to 6 kgs may be fine for some people, provided they are not feeling nauseous, weak, lethargic, and their overall health has not taken a toll.
Dental health is important for reasons beyond having a lovely-looking smile. Visit with an experienced dentist and you will find he or she can tell a lot about your overarching health based on the condition of your teeth and gums. The health of the mouth mirrors that of the entire body. An individual with a healthy mouth tends to have good overall health. Alternatively, those with poor oral health tend to have at least one or several health problems.
Oral Discomfort
Neglect your oral health and you will eventually experience discomfort in your mouth. It is not a question of if but when this discomfort will arise. Yet plenty of people fail to clean their teeth in the proper manner. Many refuse to visit the dentist at the recommended frequency of every six months, I fully suggest working with dr jared homan.
Everything from gum disease to swollen gums, dry mouth and mouth ulcers can lead to disease.
Part of the trouble with having so many cameras is you don’t always get all pics downloaded / uploaded / whatever so here are a few catchups. Here are pics from my Nikon from the flood waters around Fitzroy Crossing on Day 13.
If you missed the post that day here is a link.
Chris & Danielle.
Made it to Carnarvon tonight. Sitting outside where it is nice and cool, especially after traveling through 45 degrees today.
Evening all
Coming to you tonight from the cool breezes of Karratha. It’s less than 30 degrees here so very pleasant.
Evening all
Today we spent the day around Broome. We got up early to try and get Dan to Church, but the mass had been cancelled. So we had breakfast and had a look around Chinatown.
Met up with the others then headed for Gantheaume point to checkout the lighthouse and Indian Ocean. A pretty cool site!
After this (and when it was too hot to be outside anymore) we headed back to the campground for a swim. We ladies decided to take the opportunity to have our nails done.
Early evening we headed for the beach for our sunset camel ride. Such an interesting experience. Meet Wills our camel:
After dinner at the fancy resort resturant we have all returned and gone directly to bed, it’s been a draining day!
Until tomorrow
