Day 10 – Darwin to Katherine

Morning all

Yesterday we had a look around Darwin before heading back to Katherine.

We first visited Crocosaurus Cove, which is in the center of Darwin.  This place is really interesting and there is so much to do, totally worth the money.  First we had a look around, then had our photo taken with a baby crocodile – Fluffy was his name.  After this we saw the fish feeding (the stingrays were very greedy!) before watching the crocodiles being feed and we even got to go swimming with them (there was a big piece of glass between us and them).

After Crocosaurus cove we went back to the point to visit the military museum.  This museum had lots of different types of guns and weapons used in WWII.  We enjoyed the museum indoors more, not only because it was cool, but because it had more of the information regarding WWII and also the Darwin bombing.

After a visit to a mall for supplies, we headed south for Katherine again.

Heading across country today for WA.

Until later today 🙂
