Morning all from Kununarra at 6.21am where the sun and heat are out in full swing and the grasshoppers are annoying already!

Yesterday’s trip was a simple one from Katherine, across the border into WA and on to Kununarra, the first town you come to.

Stopped for lunch just outside of Timber Creek, went off-roading (a little) but turned around and decided to stop for sandwiches.

Early afternoon we crossed the border into WA.  There is not nearly as much to see at this border crossing as there was at the last one.

Made it into Kununarra at 2pm local time, 3.30 NT time for a late lunch and a relaxing afternoon.  The boys went grocery shopping, the girls went swimming in the pool!
