For the first time this trip we didn’t wake with the sun, but actually had a sleep-in. Yay for good blackout curtains! We had breakfast in the restaurant, and both boys enjoyed playing on the playground. Isaac was starting to get the idea of the slide too.
We’d planned to have a look around and check out the facilities, but the rain had other ideas. Instead, we headed to Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg, about an hour away. The longer drive was quite deliberate, as we wanted to give Isaac some time to sleep. (Which he did not!) We didn’t do too much once we got there, just wandered around for a bit before pizza for lunch followed by ice cream.
On the way back we also passed a crashed ute. It looked as though it still had a dealership price sign on the dash, so perhaps it had been out for a test drive!

We headed back towards Sun City in the afternoon, stopping at a local supermarket for a few supplies. Chris went inside and locked Dan and the boys in the car, where they managed to set off the alarm. It was very loud! Not the most discreet supermarket stop.
Dan had been feeling a bit ill in the evenings, so once we were back we kept things quiet with dinner at home before bed.

Two Blogs in a day you are really doing it!. Glad you had a relaxed kind of day as it goes! with discrete stops! Yeah right! Sleep well and may the rain go away. Good to keep up to date with the Hoffmann’s in action. Go well CDKI 73 Jim
